Payment is via Paypal or cheque for British Pound Sterling.
We make every endeavour to ensure that our goods are in good condition and are suitable for their purpose. If you have any complaint, or if you decide on receiving your purchase that you just don’t like it after all, we will refund your purchase price less the Paypal commission (if paid by this method). Please see our Returns Policy below.
We are not VAT registered at present.
We will normally despatch your order the next working business day (including Saturdays) of receiving payment. Depending on the method of delivery, you should receive your order in the UK between one and three working days later. Overseas delivery will take longer. Delivery times are provided by the carrier (Royal Mail), may exclude weekends and bank holidays, and may vary with package destination, particularly during peak periods. Towels, cufflinks and goodie bags are sent by recorded delivery. Other items are sent standard First Class.
Should an item be purchased by cheque we will wait for the cheque to clear before despatching the order.
You will be notified if for any reason, we are unable to keep to the schedule of despatching your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the Post Office were unable to deliver, you have the choice of paying us to post it again or we will cancel the order and refund the price of the goods.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm We make every effort to ensure that the goods we provide are suitable for their purpose and despatched in good condition. If you have any complaint, or if you decide on receiving your purchase that you just don’t like it after all, we will refund your purchase price. Unwanted goods must be returned in undamaged condition within seven working days of receiving them and accompanied by a copy of the original Paypal order. Faulty, damaged goods must be returned accompanied with details of who bought the item and when.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you by mistake, or if the item is defective.
